Boxy and oversized. Hoodies and tees have a drop-shoulder cut. If you want a relaxed look, size down. For a true drop-shoulder, take your normal size. Detailed measurements are on each product page.

Our heavyweight pilot hoodies — like the Crosswind Slip Hoodie — are 500gsm fleece. Midweight pullovers like the Go-Around Hoodie run around 380gsm. For context, fast-fashion hoodies sit at 240–320gsm.

240gsm ringspun cotton with a drop-shoulder oversized fit. The weight gives the tee structure without feeling stiff, and the ringspun yarn softens with every wash.

Core items (basic hats, sticker packs) get restocked seasonally. Numbered limited drops — usually 250 units — never come back. We burn the screens once a drop closes.

Yes — we ship globally with tracked carriers. US orders ship in 2–3 business days. International duties may apply at delivery.

30 days for unworn items with tags attached. Limited-drop items are final sale once the drop closes. Stickers and customized callsign products are non-returnable.

Hoodies and hats use embroidered chest hits — embroidery outlasts screen printing by a decade. Tees use water-based screen printing for soft-hand back graphics.

Yes. The boxy cut and drop-shoulder construction layer comfortably over a uniform shirt, vest, or thin pullover. Many crew size up one for an even looser layering fit.

The vinyl is weatherproof and UV-resistant. The adhesive is removable from hard surfaces (headset hard cases, kneeboards, water bottles) without residue when removed within 12 months. We don't recommend sticking them directly onto headset earcup foam.
